Privacy policy

ConstructionMagazine.ai is published by Mandala Networks LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains the personal information we collect through this publication, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Accounts. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- Newsletter subscriptions. We store the email address you submit, the source of the subscription, and the time and version of your consent.
- Business relationship data. Our private CRM may contain professional contact details, company affiliations, communication notes, advertising opportunities, and preferences such as do-not-contact or do-not-call instructions. This data is never published as magazine content merely because it is in the CRM.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and similar server-log data.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate and secure the site, authenticate accounts, deliver requested publication updates, administer editorial and advertising relationships, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about people solely through automated processing.
Cookies and local storage
Authentication uses cookies needed to keep you signed in securely. The site also stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice before introducing them.
AI-assisted work
Authorized staff may use AI tools to assist with article drafts, research organization, and image concepts. AI output is subject to human editorial review before publication. Public-reader account profiles and newsletter addresses are not used to train our own general-purpose AI models. Staff should not place confidential or sensitive personal information into AI prompts unless authorized for that specific business purpose.
Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, private file storage, and AI gateway services; Neon for PostgreSQL database hosting; Google for account authentication; and model providers selected through Vercel AI Gateway for authorized AI-assisted editorial work. These providers process information to supply services to us under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain account, subscription, CRM, and business records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and legitimate business records. We use encrypted connections and role-based access controls, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or stop marketing communications. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs. To unsubscribe from publication email, use the unsubscribe method in the message or contact us.
Children, transfers, and changes
This business publication is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We operate in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States. We will revise the effective date when this policy changes materially.
